A client brought us their project — a European performance coupe destined for a wide-body transformation. The brief was ambitious: wider track, aggressive bodywork, track-capable suspension, and a power increase to match the visual attitude.
This was a ground-up build that combined fabrication, mechanical engineering, and precision setup. We started by establishing the suspension geometry target — camber, caster, toe — based on the wheel and tyre package the client wanted to run. From there, the suspension was rebuilt with adjustable coilovers, upgraded control arms, and reinforced mounting points to handle the increased cornering loads.
The wide-body conversion required careful panel work, including custom-fabricated arches, extended side skirts, and a reworked front bar. Every panel was test-fitted multiple times to achieve consistent gap alignment before final finishing.
On the performance side, we fitted an upgraded intake and exhaust system, intercooler upgrade, and a remap via our ECU tuning partners. The result was a substantial and reliable power increase, verified on the dyno.
The completed car was aligned on our geometry equipment to track-ready specifications, then road-tested thoroughly. The client’s reaction when they collected it made every hour of the build worthwhile.
